Homeless sleeping under the overpasses is a common social phenomena in the city no matter the public relief center's size is large or not. There are few refugee would rather to live under overpasses even they had been sent to the official homeless shelter.
The cache is not at the center of the overpass area. It is safe on day time because the guard there. 白天桥下有时也有卖菜杀鸡的，保安员长驻巡逻。晚间如果担心安全问题，可以从晒布路人民北路接近宝点，避过高架桥下方，取宝原路返回。 Do not worry and good luck to you and homeless people!
