High Sierra Meet & Greet Two-HLGT Event Cache

Last year was so much fun, we are doing it again! A good opportunity for local and visiting cachers to gather and talk geocaching, share stories of local caches and discover travel bugs. We will also discuss the possibility of starting a Huntington Lake GeoTrail-HLGT. Enjoy a free lunch at Camp La Salle on beautiful Huntington Lake.

The details: Meet at Camp La Salle at 12:30. Meet and greet will be from 12:30pm until 1:30pm. Use the coordinates or Google Maps to get to Camp La Salle (60900 La Salle Lane, Lakeshore, CA) .

Lunch is “make-it-yourself” with all the materials provided by Camp La Salle (cold cuts, burgers, dogs, chips, all of the fixings, as well as ice cream and all the makings for sundaes and shakes) If you have travel bugs or coins to discover, bring them for lunch discovery time. Free WIFI available.

There are a good number of caches in the Huntington Lake area if you arrive early or cache afterwards. There are also a good number of campgrounds and resorts in the area as well as some up at Mono Hot Springs if you want to stay the weekend. Please add a "will attend" note so that we will know how many to expect.
