The cache is located in a city park. Park hours are 5am to 11pm. Remember the Police station is next door to the park. There is parking near the cache in dry weather if you take the high road. The grass is tall so you should watch your footing.
This park is used for flood control so it may be flooded after a heavy rain. There were a lot of mosquitoes when I placed the cache so be prepared. Most of the time the park is vacant so muggles shouldn't be a problem. You are looking for a 2qt plastic container with a few trade items. Bring a writing tool. Good Luck.
