This cache is a 2 part multicache hidden in the Town of Orangetown Schuyler Park. Stage one contains only coordinates for stage 2, which is an ammo can. Please replace stage one as far into its hiding spot as it can go so it doesn't get accidentally found or removed by squirrels. Also, there is no need to open stage 1.
Rockland County's Buttermilk Falls Park borders Schuyler Park to the west, Rockland County's Sean Hunter Ryan Park to the east, and Blauvelt State Park to the south.
Parking is available on Bradley Parkway. Parking coordinates are provided. Additional parking is in the main lot of Buttermilk Falls Park on Greenbush Road. From the Buttermilk Falls lot, take the blue trail to the orange trail.
The orange trail from Buttermilk Falls crosses the street and continues into Schuyler Park. The orange trail terminates at the white trail. The north fork of the white trail meets up with the turquoise-blazed Long Path, and the south fork of the white trail crosses Schuyler Road and meets up with the white-blazed trail in Buttermilk Falls.
The beginning of the orange trail is often swampy and muddy. In the spring, you will pass a swampy pond full of frogs on the left.
