Geocache Description:

A quick cash and dash just off the A6 with ample parking close by.

The cache is situated just off part of The Miller's Way.

The Miller’s Way was created by Carrs Breadmaker to commemorate the 175th anniversary of Carrs - The Miller's Way is a glorious 51-mile walk from the heart of Kendal to the centre of Carlisle.

It was inspired by the original journey made by Quaker miller Jonathan Dodgson Carr - who founded the Carr’s flour, bread and biscuit dynasty in Carlisle on June 29 1831 after leaving his home town of Kendal.

This is also the most easterly point of The Lake District National Park.

Good views from here on a clear day towards Tebay and The Yorkshire Dales.

The cache contains a log book with pencil and several swaps.

No spoilers please.
