Elia ligner et vulkankrater, et inkatempel, en fabrik og et atomkraftværk. Det hele på en gang. Grundplanen er en cirkel med en radius på 30 meter. Hele monumentet har form som toppen af en mægtig kugleskal af sort stål, der løfter sig 11 meter over jorden og øverst krones af 4 stålsøjler over et kvadrat med en side på 10 meter. Søjlerne afsluttes i kupler med rødt lys og lynspir. De øverste platforme er forbundet med søjlerne med et rækværk, hvorfra man kan se ned i skallens indre. Fra tid til anden kaster Elia en mange meter høj ildflamme op mod himlen som en vulkan der slynger lava op af sit krater.
Har du ikke set Elia "in real life", så er det med at kome afsted og finde denne cache. Det er en oplevelse.

Elia look like a volcanic crater, an inca temple, a factory and a nuclear powerstation. The ground area is a circle with a radius of 30 m. The entire monument has the shape of the top of an enormous spherical dish of black iron which is elevated 11 m above earth and whose topside is crowned with 4 iron sails over a square with a side of 10 m. The sails bear nothing but a global lamp with a red light. They connect a low rail from where one can look down into the dish. From the deep of the shaft a generator« spits up a high flame like af volcano hurling lava out of its crater.
