For years, only locals have come to this site to visit and to scribe their intentions in stone. The Gundy Caves an interesting geological occurrence are widely unknown. We had to do a bit of research and then confer with a long time resident for this one. Enjoy!
There are several ways to get to the caves. You can enter from the B.C. side (west) by following the Old Edmonton Highway and looking for a green sign pointing east to Gundy or you can begin from the (east) A.B. side and take Range Road 135 north off Hwy 43 (named 2 on Mapquest) then road 199 west, road 201 south and west again on Gundy road.
The cache is fairly small and contains a FTFC, guestbook, tools, trinkets and TB - Christopher R & Pooh B.
