Als onderdeel van het Brugse Beer MegaEvent wordt er de zaterdagavond een nachtevent georganiseerd. Dit gaat door in Handzame op bovenstaande locatie (OC Hansam). Nieuwe informatie komt er via announcements. Er wordt gezorgd voor een drankje door de Jeugdraad van Kortemark aan democratische prijzen.

Wat: We voorzien een 20-tal nieuwe caches. Nachtcaches vereisen wel eenmaal wat meer attributen. Zorg dat je zeker de benodigdheden op de listing bekijkt.
Hoe inschrijven: Dit event is bedoeld als een extra mini-event bij het Brugse Beer Mega-event. Door het grote aantal geïnteresseerden is inschrijven noodzakelijk. Zo willen we zorgen dat er toch plezier is aan het cachen en er minimaal moet worden aangeschoven. Het limiet staat op 150 personen (niet nicknames, maar personen!). Inschrijven doe je door een will-attend (meerdere nicknames toegestaan in 1 will-attend) te plaatsen met het aantal personen:

Extra (Initiatie,…)
In de namiddag wordt er voor de jeugdraad en beginnende geocachers ook een initiatie gegeven. Dit gaat van start om 16u00 tot 18u30. Inschrijven gebeurd door een mail te sturen naar Finduilas (via geocachingwebsite, geen will-attend plaatsen!).

Ervaren cachers die niet naar het avondevent kunnen komen omwille van het beperkte aantal plaatsen kunnen van 16u00 tot 18u30 naar de eventlocatie komen. Er is een bar voorzien om lekker wat bij te praten, trackables te discoveren en zo alsnog het event te loggen (geen will-attend plaatsen!).

OPGELET: De eventlocatie sluit tussen de initiatie en het eigenlijke nachtevent. Wie hier naartoe komt maar ook komt voor het eigenlijke nachtevent kan ons altijd contacteren. We kunnen voldoende restaurantjes, cafés, pittahuizen, frituren opsommen in de regio om tussentijds iets te eten.

How to subscribe: This event is part of the Brugse Beer and is an additional event. Because of the hugh amount of people that are interested, it is necessary to subscribe. We want to ensure that there is joy in caching, and that there aren't long queues to log them. The limit is 150 persons (not nicknames, but people!). You can subscribe by placing a will-attend (multiple nicknames allowed in 1 will-attend) with the amount of people:

In the afternoon, there will be an initiation of geocaching for the youth of Kortemark and starting cachers (dutch). This takes place from 16u00 till 18u30. You can register by sending a mail to Finduilas (on geocachingwebsite, don't place a will-attend for this!).

Experienced cachers that can't come to the night event, because of the limited places, can come from 16u00 till 18u30 to the event location. There is a bar, you can talk with other cachers, exchange trackables, and you can log this event. (don't place a will-attend!)
Attention: The event location closes between the initiation and the night event. People that also come to the night event can contact us. We can say some interesting addresses of pubs, restaurants, snack bars in the region to fill this time.
