Congrats to gw0143 for being the FTF!
Won't be winter friendly if it snows on it.
A large portion of this 78.4 acre property is under the Boston Edison powerline right-of-way, which runs from Bedford Street across Grove Street to the Burlington town line via the Paint Mine conservation area. The section under the power line consists mostly of wet meadow. The section off Grove Street running up hill to the north of the power line, however, is a beautiful pine-oak woods with stone walls criss-crossing throughout, and a small stream running along its western edge. There is limited on street parking along Grove Street near the power line easement where the main trail enters across from Paint Mine. Another acess is from Grove Street via a narrow trail on a conservation easement next to private homes directly across from Gould Road. A poorly marked acess to the trail under the power line is from the rear of the private Lexington Club's parking area on Bedford Street.
