Located at Hart Lake, a short jaunt off Highway 97, right across from a rest stop. Terrain is a bit hilly, but close to the day/picnic area. Great place for camping or day tripping, although apparently once the tree planters move into the area it can be tough to find an actual camping site...
Due to the trees and high mountains, the GPS was Not very accurate, so spoilers/hints are given in the pictures and HINTS...
Head to the south from the swimming/picnic area along the waterfront...
