Geocache Description:

The cache isn't at the posted coordinates.

Dammit I'm mad!
Crazy, nuts, insane and angry too.
Alright, you are reading this, so you are a geocacher, and are probably viewed as a bit nuts too.
Maybe this cache will make you angry if you aren't already.
The geocaching rules keep changing and the area gets saturated.
A while ago, I wanted to create a puzzle with the dummy coordinates a long way away from the final location, like so many of the old puzzle caches, and it isn't allowed.
The current rules require the final location to be within a couple miles of the fake coordinates.
That's only part of why I am mad.
A while back I found a nice trail with no traditional caches on it so I took some coordinates and started planning on placing some caches.
Then wouldn't you know it someone else places a cache.
Then a couple more appear.
Well, I actually placed some camo to weather in a spot but neglected getting a cache published there.
I went out there, placed a new log within the camo and prepared to publish it, and what do you know, the same day another cache is published little over one hundred feet away.
It makes me want to ring the neck of someone.
Of course it should be me for being too lazy to write and post new caches promptly.
My first puzzle cache was in place for four months before I finally posted the cache page.
My only excuse is that I didn't want to get halfway into posting any other caches until I finished that one, and of course I needed time to go caching.
That first puzzle cache was to help give the feeling of brute forcing.
Getting familiar with areas when planning to place a cache only to have someone else beat me to it has happened so many times I have lost count.
However, it has facilitated finding many caches.
How to solve this?
Figure out the theme or puzzle.
Find the magic number.
That will tell you where you need to go.
This cache isn't at the posted coordinates, but since it can't be too far I will tell you that the degrees and minutes you need to locate stage one are the same as the posted coordinates.
Of course brute forcers are readily aware of this assumption.
Good Luck!

Once you get to the coordinates for stage one, note the street address of the location. There is no physical cache at stage one, and you can get the information you need without even exiting your vehicle.
Add the first and last numbers of the address together and call it "A".
Multiply "A" by 25 and add 38, then subtract that sum from the north coordinates you went to for stage 1.
Multiply "A" by 50 and add 38, then subtract that sum from the west coordinates you went to for stage 1.
This will give you the coordinates for the final heavily camouflaged cache.
What is it?
The camo is in plain sight.
The cache container, film can, may even be visible from the right angle.
Sure you'd like a regular cache, but I wanted to give the brute forcers some fun too.
Don't get stumped.
Brute Forcing may be easier.
I have made both difficulty and terrain ratings a little higher than I think they deserve to avoid complaints.

Oops, maybe in all my ranting, I forgot to give you that magic number you want.
The magic number for this cache is Here.

5/30/06 Today, I am in a much better mood, so here are a couple hints. Although, I enjoy brute force solutions, and have a puzzle to emulate a brute force feel. I don't recommend a brute force solution for this one. I think it is much easier to solve correctly. You may solve this without identifying or understanding which number is the magic number. Don't throw anything else away, you probably will need it.
