Achtung: Im Winter kann der Cache schwer
zugänglich sein! Bitte unbedingt Sperren beachten und
einhalten!
Als Ausgangspunkt dient am besten der Parkplatz
(P1) an N 47° 15.598' E 012 44.421'. Unterwegs kann
man das Krafthaus der Kaprun-Hauptstufe kostenlos
besichtigen, für den Klamm-Besuch wird ein kleiner
Erhaltungsbeitrag eingehoben.
Bei zusätzlicher Umrundung des
Klammsees kommt man an einem naturkundlichen Lehrweg und
einem Fitness-Parcours vorbei. Auch eine kleine
Imbiss-Bude mit Kinderspielplatz ist vorhanden. Selbst
Kletterfreunde kommen bei einer Kletterwand am Rückweg auf
Ihre Rechnung.
Alternativ kann man sich dem Cache auch von "oben" ohne
Klammbesuch (und Eintrittsgeld) und ausserhalb der
Klamm-Öffnungszeiten nähern (Ende Mai bis Mitte
September täglich von 9:00 bis 17:00). Dafür
parkt man am Klammsee-Parkplatz (P2) bei N 47° 14.951 E
012° 44.191'.

Note: During wintertime the cache could be
dangerous in access! Pay attention to restrictions and off
limits!
The best start is from the car-park (P1)
at N 47° 15.598' E 012 44.421'. On this way you can visit a
very interesting electric generating station of the Main
Kaprun Power Plant without a fee. But later on you have to pay a
small maintenance fee for the gorge.
On the way around
the lake you will find a Nature Trail and a Fitness
Path. There's also a small lodge with snacks and a
children's playground. For clamberers there's a climbing
wall on the way back to the car park.
Another way to approach the cache is from the
"Klammsee-Car Park" (P2) at N 47° 14.951' E 012°
44.191' "above" the gorge. For this, there is no need to hike
through the gorge (and pay the fee), which makes caching possible
off-time the opening hours (end of May until middle of
September from 9am to 5pm).
