Go to first stage and obtain the the information needed for the final stage
At the posted coordinates you will find an informational sign. Use information from sign to find final cords for this cache
Note:3-2-22 - Seems like the strong North Carolina sun has bleached part of the sign, so here is an alternate method of finding the final cords until the sign is repaired:

Use the top line of the sign which is sheltered and still visible, substituting the letter of the alphabet for it numerical value
A= Fourth word, Fourth Letter
B= Second word, Eighth Letter
C= Fourth Word, First letter
X= Fifth word, Third letter
Y = Second word, Second Letter + 3
Z = Third word, First Letter
