offline.cacher: The general rule reviewers use to archive a cache is that the cache owner has been notified (through a log entry) by the reviewer and that no response has been forthcoming. This is the case with this cache. As a result it has been archived.
If the owner would like to discuss this issue, please contact me through my geocaching.com profile. Include the GC code for the cache.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to 2014 Cachemas in NoVAGO!

This cache is the first in the series: A Bison in a Pine Tree?

A holiday treat from all of us at NoVAGO! The 2014 Cachemas in NoVAGO Series is a 13-part journey based on the 12 Days of Christmas that will take you on a tour of Northern Virginia. From Arlington to Purcellville to McLean and beyond, happy holidays from NoVAGO to you!

Each cache in the 2014 Cachemas Series can be found individually, but make sure you collect the clue inside. You'll need it to find the 2014 Cachemas Bonus! The clue is hidden in plain sight in each container and is in the format "[+-]#.### [+-]#.###". More details can be found on the Bonus cache page.

This cache is in Franklin Park in Loudoun County Virginia.  The park hours are around dawn to dusk though the specific hours for each day are posted on the sign as you are entering the park.  Do not enter the park while it is closed or you are trespassing.

You are hunting a letterbox cache.  Travel to the posted coordinates and after some searching it will become apparent what you will need to do to find the final location.

As this cache is a letterbox bring along your stamp for the book and please use the stamp in the cache but remember it is not swag and should remain in the cache along with the ink pad.  As winter can be hard on ink pads you may want to bring your own with you or be ready to hold it in your pocket to warm it up on a particularly cold day.
