Be sure to stop by and see the World War II memorial, while in the area.
We dropped this cache not too far from where the trail seems to stop. It's loaded with goodies like name keychains (for the record, we accidentally got one that said 'Dennis' instead of Denise (from Australia)), a weird light defraction rainbow dealy, a hedgehog tracker bug, some superman rings, some rattlesnake eggs (remember those? Secretly they're strangely shaped magnets), and a log and pen.
Have fun and watch out for resident buggy types (spiders, fancy beetles, etc.)
