It is On the 29th of November 1948 the very first holden was launched which was the 'FX Holden' and they have continued to keep producing model after model right up to the present day which is the 'VE ' . If you have lived in Australia , I am sure many of you have owned or at least driven a Holden at some stage in your lives and if you haven't well then “Your missing Out”...
In this series I will walk you through the 60 years of Holden'
A beautiful state forrest that consists of mainly (as the name of the road suggests) Jarrah Trees ,but it does have many other trees and animals also that u you see ...espicially kangaroos and I have even see some wild emus running around.
All of these Holden caches are on UNSEALED roads. They are all accessible by 2WD but it can be very corrigated in sections and uneven in the wetter months due the heavy rainfalls here so a 4wd would be more preferrable at these times. But it would also be an enjoyable expierience also on mountain bikes.
I didnt have any phone reception at all so definatly WILL NEED HANDHELD GPS.
The caches all vary in size but the difficulty and terrain remains about the same through the series. Most caches have a pen supplied and most caches has room for small swaps and trackables. An extraction tool with will be needed on some caches.
This cache has a pathtag and a FTF badge .
Please return caches as you found them please.
I hope you enjoy this series....
