In 2003,
a watchtower with a 360° panorama view on a hill near Montizana was
established by the local forest management.
There, you have the possibility to see the villages
Buje, Ucka, Rovinj, Vrsar as well as other
places.
What´s more, on sunny days the view reaches on the
Alps.
Start at the given parking space N45° 10.980 / E13°
41.060 and go to the coordinates (Path): N 45° 10.850 / E 013°
41.036. There, follow the path into a coppice.
The pictures (Spoiler) will show you the right
way.
The ascending of the watchtower is at one´s own risk!

2003 errichtete die örtliche
Forstverwaltung auf einem Hügel nahe Montizana, einen Feuerwachturm
mit 360° Rundumsicht.
2005 wurde der Posten wieder
aufgelöst, nur der Aussichtsturm blieb erhalten.
Von hier kann man Buje, Ucka,
Rovinj, Vrsar und viele andere Orte sehen. An guten Tagen reicht
die Sicht bis zu den Alpen.
Gehe von der Parkmöglichkeit N45°
10.980 E13° 41.060 zu diesen Koordinaten(Pfad): N45° 10.850 E13°
41.036 und folge dort dem ansteigenden Pfad ins Gebüsch.
