This should be easy for the locals as we accomplished this feat just two days ago when we (with Grunriese and Kryptonite) cached the C&D Canal trail (DE & MD) and came back up 95 thru PA.
This cache is at the posted coordinates, but to be able to log it as a find you must have found at least one cache in four different states in one day (total of at least four caches)
To log this cache post the name of the states, GC codes, and date. Example:
