The Cache is hidden in the Derdepoort Recreation Resort Area and is not hidden at the published coordinates.
This resort is situated in the third gateway in the Magaliesberg Mountains – hence the name Derdepoort. The First House of Assembly was established on this farm of Derdepoort on 22 May 1849. The original owner of the farm, Hans Wolmarans, lies buried next to the farmhouse or opstal
