No 2 in a series of caches most suitable for a bike ride
This cache was our second of 4 placed in a circuit of this island. There is a ferry to get to it from the mainland. Walking and cycling passengers are free of charge to travel but if you take a motor vehicle there is a fee to pay the ferryman. You could walk these caches but the whole trip to the 4 would probably be over 15 kms. You could take a car but it may get scratched if you try to get too close to the cache sites. The best way by far is by push bike (mountain bike). The terrain is flat but there are lots of corrugations and bumps in the road as well as some really soft sand bits. This is a great place though to enjoy an afternoons ride around and lets you explore some of the smaller tracks you cant get cars on. Keep an eye out for the local Koalas as this is a hot spot for them. With great lake views and a bit of excercise to boot why not get out and give these a go. Cache is a 1 ltr Camo container containing log book and a few small swaps
