The stages are in a very popular park with magnificent views. If the weather is nice you won't be able to get away from the muggles, but for the stages that won't be a problem. The cache is a few blocks away and not near the bridges.
The posted coordinates are where you will begin. When you get to the coordinates, search for what you see in the first picture shown below. When you are at the spot where you see exactly what is in the picture, answer the question above the picture and record a numeric answer. From there you will go to the second picture, answer the question above it and so on to the last picture. Once you have all the answers, you'll do some arithmetic to get the final coordinates.
Hope you enjoy! The cache is available 24 hours a day, but stages are only available from 6am-1am.
A=How many "screw heads" do you see on the ground?

B=How many steps are there by the handrail?

C=Look above the flagpole. What number is at the top of the green circle?

D=What is the "graffiti" number on the wall closest to you?

E=What stencil number is on the wall closest to you(behind the light pole)?

F=How many drain spouts are on the north side of the building?

G=What number is on the stone between the two taller columns?

Now for the math:
abcd=G+A*E+C*D+B*D
efgh=G*D+A^E+C*D+F*D
Then the final coordinates are N40 4a.bcd W073 5e.fgh
Special thanks to SCGeoNinja's re-design of Sesqui Pictoquest GC2AE7, as the inspiration for this cache.
Congratulations to Annarchy for the First to Find and they got a Signal Geocoin.
