Op Fréinen is a new sports complex in Junglinster situated next to the football pitches, it consists of a Sports Hall (1200m2) a Tennis Hall (2600m2) and a 300m2 Multifuncional Hall which can be used for Taekwondo, fitness classes etc, there is also a 80m2 climbing wall. The building has excellant energy rating of AAA, part of the roof will be green whilst the other part will have photovoltaic cells which will provide the basic electricity needs of the sports complex. A rainwater collector will be installed for reuse in the WC and the existing on-site heating installations which run on gas and oil will be replaced by a central heating with pellets of wood. The total construction costs are around 16.8 million Euro.
The cache is located nearby with plenty of car park spaces, please be aware that muggles can turn up without warning so use some stealth whilst searching for the cache.
T2 refers to the cache height...although there is something to stand on to easily reach it.
