This Quipu was discovered in an Inka burial site.

The word "Quipu" translates into English as "Knot".

SCHOLD FARM PARK - SILVERDALE, WA. 98383
PARKING:  N 47° 40.283' -@- W 122° 40.983'
Once you have arrived at the above parking coordinates, grab your GPS, lock your car and proceed Westward, crossing a short boardwalk. When you see a bridge on your left side, cross it and then acquire your bearings towards your geocache coordinates.
The beginning of your journey will be on well packed trails, but the rest of it will be off-trail and across open fields. And for your own safety and comfort, wear sturdy shoes or boots, carry a favorite beverage and use a walking stick. BTW, dogs and bikes are welcome.

STEP 1: The Quipu's Primary Cords are displayed as 2 Rows of Equal Signs(=), each with 13 Pendant Cords suspended below it. Tied onto each Pendant are 2 Groups of Knots(ɸ) with 1 to 5 Knots per Group.
STEP 2: One Primary Cord is for the Latitude and the other for the Longitude. For each Pendant, count the Knots within each of the 2 Knot-Groups and combine them as a 2 Digit Numbers.  See Notes.
STEP 3: To continue, you must do some internet research to find all the necessary information to translate the 2 Digit Numbers into their equivalent letters that form the Word-Numbers.  See Notes.
STEP 4: Once you have created all the Word-Numbers, you should be able to translate them into the letters ABC and DEF that are used in the Latitude and Longitude coordinates shown below.  See Below.

M A T H   N O T A T I O N S :
Count the Knots in each Group from Top to Bottom on all Pendants.
Pendant 1: [Group 1 = 2(x10)] + [Group 2 = 6(x1)] = 26 = F (1st letter of Number-Word A).
Pendant 2: [Group 1 = 5(x10)] + [Group 2 = 2(x1)] = 52 = I (2nd letter of Number-Word A).
Pendant 3: [Group 1 = 1(x10)] + [Group 2 = 4(x1)] = 14 = V (3rd letter of Number-Word A).
Pendant 4: [Group 1 = 3(x10)] + [Group 2 = 1(x1)] = 31 = E (4th letter of Number-Word A).
All of the above examples are invalid values and should not be used.
