This is a park so dawn to dusk caching please. Park at the Murrysville Rd. parking lot.
The building and grounds were once a "Primary School".
When I moved here in the early 1990,s it was a satellite for the Penn Area Library. It was a dark gloomy place with dark hard wood shelves and old card catalog. It had a great collection of classic old books, Hawthorne, Dickens, Austin..... They also had the massive 130 volume Official Records of the War of the Rebellion. When the library closed in the mid 1990's all those books and shelves disappeared. I know the books never made it to the main library in Harrison City.
Now it's a recreation center, ball field and swing set.
But if you look close you can still see an old school where children walked to and supplies were delivered with real horse power.
B.Y.O.P and tweezers! Remember, Push down and turn!
