Geocache Description:

This cache brings you to a small area known as Banns Vale, the meaning of Banns is ‘hollow’ and you can understand this as you walk along the path towards your goal.

Your find thiS cache Very near the start of a peaceful riverside walk. THerE is also A converteD mill across tHe rIver and a couple of beautiful cottaGes wHich is a good advanTage point for muggles so beware.

Please be aware that when setting this cache there was a lot of tree cover which sent my GPS loopy and giving me readings of + or – 20ft. So read through this a couple of times, there's a couple of clues hidden.

The co-ords & first clue will take you to a place that you will know is right. The cache is 8 paces west of here.

PLEASE NOTE.
Due to the fact that this is a micro cache there is a risk of damaging it if you start ripping up stones, prodding around with sticks, pulling down trees and doing your bit for the deforestation of the planet with trying to destroy the area.
THERE IS NO NEED!
The cache is in plane view but well disguised.
Due to the size of the cache there's no room for a pen so please bring your own.
