Ateliers avec logis patronal, construits en 1873-1875 pour le sculpteur et statuaire Henri Bouriché (1826-1906).
Il fait édifier une grande galerie d'exposition un peu plus tard, en 1884.
Elève de Bouriché, Pierre Rouillard assure la succession en 1891. L'établissement connaît son apogée entre 1920 et la Seconde Guerre mondiale avec une cinquantaine d'ouvriers en 1935, sous la direction commerciale de Pierre Rouillard fils (1896-1990) qui avait succédé à son père en 1919.
Après 1945, la diminution progressive de la production oblige à une fermeture définitive, en 1962.

Student of Bouriché, Pierre Rouillard assure the succession in 1891. The institution reached its peak between 1920 and World War II with fifty workers in 1935, under the direction of commercial Pierre Rouillard son (1896-1990) who succeeded his father in 1919.
After 1945, the gradual reduction of production requires a permanent closure in 1962.
