Old 7100, Now 286 Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.
Fairfax County Parkway has been renamed. It used to be 7100 and it is now 286. This makes it a primary road in Virginia, and, as we can see, new paving has been done and some new construction.
To celebrate the occasion, I thought I would place a cache. I found a great spot while I was out caching the other day. As I sometimes do, I wrote notes to myself for different locations throughout the day. When I got home, I emptied my pocket and found four notes. They are:

Note 2 -0.310 -0.277
Note 3 +0.742 -0.707
Note 4 -0.685 +2.444
Now, I can't remember which I used since I visited many sites during the day. I may have used them all or just a subset of them. I guess you will have to figure out which.
