3rd in series of caches by Hagley Guides in areas significant to us ALSO part a National Trust activity trail. Two great organisations working together :D
Largo camo container
This geocache is part of a National Trust activity trail. See other local caches over Clent. For this reason some items in the cache are NOT swappable and have been included purely because they aid the seeker to complete the activity in the box. These items are labelled. Please do not swap the labelled items. Feel free to have a go at the challenge.
Hagley Guides regularly use the Clent Hills as part of our diverse programme. On the night we set the cache we visited a whole series of geocaches in our patrols with the assistance of the lovely National Trust lady! The week before we attended a camp fire with hundreds of other Guides, Brownies and Rainbows from the area. We have been known to do lots of other 'stuff' on Clent from making popcorn, to first aid challenges, wide games, ceremonies and 'capturing aliens'!
This cache is very close to two trees that were planted by Hagley Division as part of the GirlGuiding UK centenary celebrations in 2009/2010. This area is 'the nursery' for baby trees, and our trees will be transplanted within Clent at some point in the future when they have grown up!
