EPIC Mortimer Spit Traditional Cache

No, these coordinates will not take you to Mortimer Spit, but they will take you to a public access "viewpoint" where you can peer through branches to see the spit in the distance across Browning Harbour! Mortimer is already inundated with caches, so this was the best option for an associated hide. 

Take Razor Point Rd. and be on the lookout for the Skeele's Rd. viewpoint trail head. Park in the provided area along Razor Point Rd. and walk down the short trail to the viewpoint. There is a simple bench and railings to prevent people from trying to scramble down ot the rocky beach below. If you peer through the branches you can see Mortimer Spit across the way and maybe even hear excited dogs barking and splashing as their owners throw sticks into the ocean from the spit. 

Have a seat and you'll be very close to the hide! No need to scarmble down ot the beach. BYOP.
