(BYOP) There is lots of activity and adventure to be had downtown. During the day this is a high muggle area, so use caution or go in the evening. If you park at a meter, be sure to pay (except on Sundays), otherwise, this cache will cost you $10! Travel with a partner and be watchful at night. Part of the difficulty of this hide is that your GPS is going to go nuts around all the tall buildings! Good luck!
