jonboy: The Rochefeller State Preseve has decided to ban geocaching in the preserve, though it will still be allowed in Rockwood Hall. Since the first part of this multi is in the preserve, I am archiving it.

If Thomas Hardy could of ridden his hunter to find this multiple, he would have found the Rockefeller Estate reminded him of his native Dorset.
Perhaps some might wish they were on horseback as they follow this cache hunt on a merry chase over hill and dale. The first two stages are micros, and the final cache is a 30 cal ammo box, filled with the usual trinkets. Park at the main lot at Rockefeller State Park ($6 entrance 9:00- 5:00), or park on Sleepy Hollow Rd. (41 06.378' 73 50.685') and walk a third of a mile further each way.
