The BEST Parking Spot Returns

I checked on the cache I had here before as there were notes about water leakage in the cache. It was totally trashed although not muggled. I am replacing the cache in it's entirety and archiving the old cache which will allow some one the opportunity for an FTF and there will be another new cache to find in this area. There is a rather easy way to the cache but if you don't find it, the terrain could easily be a FOUR. Have fun!
