High School Park is a 11+ acre park located in Cheltenham Township, PA. Originally the grounds of Cheltenham High School, the land became a township park in 1996. It includes trails, a creek, open pasture, a wildflower garden and free parking. In June 2012 a retiring art teacher from nearby Longstreth Elementary School (now closed) donated an interesting sculpture to the park. Is this the type of beast that burnt down the original high school the park is named for? Who knows!
