McLean Rocks! Well actually, the rocks are from my sister ... so Illinois rocks and Jane rocks too!
2-20-23: Disappointed to see from the logs that someone took all the polished rocks I just left. I have restocked with small packets of little polished stones. There are 15 packets. Please take just one packet per cacher! (of course, I prefer to think a non-geocacher was responsible for taking all the stones.)
2-3-24 Update: Replaced this cache today. The new one is a waterproof container filled with rocks. Please be sure to reseal it completely to maintain its waterproof protection. There are 3 black latches -- pull up on each from the bottom, then release from the top. Reverse to seal. You should hear a loud click when you properly seal each latch. Thanks!
Original Posting: This cache is filled with various polished stones, a slice of agate, crystals, and small geodes. Please take one as your souvenir of finding this cache! Let me know when the supply runs low, and I will refill it. Thanks to Jane for donating the contents of this cache and feeding my geocaching habit! This is a great nighttime or weekend cache. During work hours, you will need to use stealth. Please rehide the cache just as you found it. There is room in the cache for TBs (even with all the rocks). Better still, there is plenty of very close parking available. 7/11/09 note: All the original rocks are gone -- I am glad that all the finders liked them! I re-rocked the cache with packets of smaller polished stones. Please take one packet as your prize for finding the cache. Enjoy! 11/6/09 note: More rocks added! 9/22/12: Brand new cache filled with polished stones. Enjoy! 4/18/14: Fully stocked with polished stone again! 8/27/16: Added more packets of rocks. 11-11-21: Refilled with more polished rocks! For the FTF: you get first pick of the cache contents!
