Geocache Description:

This micro is located at the lower entrance to the University of Michigan's Nichols Arboretum. It is intended to be a fun, challenging hunt. Please don't put anything in the cache container (even extra log paper).

Nichols Arboretum, aka The Arb, is a very cool 123 acre park located along the Huron River and contains many different species of trees and plants. It's a favorite place to hang out for many students and locals. There are wide dirt paths and many hiking trails; mountainbikes no longer allowed (but it was fun back in the day) and dogs must be leashed.

This is intended to be a challenge, and I've rated the difficulty at a four even though it may be a walk-up for the more experienced. Also, minimal description and no spoiler to preserve the challenge for the interested. The cache is located at the park entrance, which adjoins plenty of 24 hour parking for hospital staff and makes this open all night for those of you that like to cache after the conventional dawn-dusk park hours. The southern exposure is elevated with tall trees, so I'm not sure how GPSr reception will be when the leaves are out... I've averaged these coords with non-foliage reception, so they should be good. Please let me know if you experience otherwise.

Bring your own pencil, and please do not try to put any items in the cache. The exception is for me: the first finder will have to pry out one of my sig Silver 'Dillas. Have fun, and please let me know if anything interferes with your enjoyment of this micro!
