Logan's Walk 5 ( Logans' Drive 2) : a Fine Pine Traditional Geocache

This cache is No 5 in the Logan's Walk series and No 2 in the Logan's Drive series.To complete Logan's Walk trail you need to cross a B class road and walk along a short section of a minor single track road so take extra care with young cachers and geodogs on these parts.For the more energetic the Logan's Run series can easily be accessed by heading to the Logan's Link cache after reaching Logan's Walk cache No.3.

The Logan's Walk trail is a 2.5K  circular route which takes you around the lovely hamlet of Ballogie.The section between cache 3 and 5 is probably not suitable for buggies although the rest of this trail is pathed.

The Logan's Drive is a short drive along a single track road from Potarch Hotel to Ballogie village.

Ballogie borders the renowned Deeside Way which  hosts its own 'Explore Royal Deeside' Geotour, and a wealth  of local information for both locals and touristscan be found in the red telepone box at the beginning of the trail. 

Please, whilst out walking take care to respect the countryside and always follow the Scottish Country Access Code.In  particular, keep animals under close control at all times. please do not drop litter , and in keeping with the Geocaching society values consider picking up any rubbish you do find.
