Open the pod bay doors, HAL Traditional Geocache

This location triggers memory of the pivotal scene between HAL and Dave in the classic 1968 Stanley Kubrick film 2001: A Space Odyssey.  We feel a personal connection to the movie's hi-tech villain  because Mr. St. Hart's name is "Hal" (and both St. Harts have been in computers & software since before the movie).

While at GZ, you might (or you might not) find some missing dialogue carved into a nearby stone and signed by a geo-critter known as "candykins" ...

"That's quite a monolith" says first ape.
"That's what she said," replies the second ape, butting his elbow into the ribs of the other.
"Which, loosely translated, means 'also sprach Zarathustra,'" is HAL's informative response.
"I'm sorry, Dave."

You're on a special mission with a Tip-O'-the-Hat-to-Fuchsia-Lover (GC79PFD).  Don't monkey around after locating the cache. Sign off and head out before HAL tries to stop you.

Best to walk in to GZ from the Strip; numerous establishments on and near the Strip provide free parking garages.  Altho most muggles in the vicinity will be oblivious to your goings-on, take appropriate muggle precautions anyway.  Please replace the cache where you found it.
