Camp Latona: The time has come for this cache to be archived. I've maintained it for 16 years, including 2 years being shutdown for a major construction project at ground zero. But the current situation placed it in a garden maintained by gardeners so it was not surprising that it was finally discovered and removed. Simply replacing the cache would only have it removed once again.
When it was first submitted for approval the Geocaching reviewer asked "Where's the puzzle." I said the puzzle is discovering that there is no puzzle. At first the reviewer said "No way." But then he checked with higher-ups who said "That seems like a good puzzle to me." And it was approved.
So, sadly its time for my dot cache to be closed out.
