Geocache Description:

There is a house in New Orleans...but this nano's not there and it's certainly not at the coordinates above, but maybe you could park there while you look...

I've always loved this song and it seems like every type of artist has recorded it: rock gods (Jimi Hendrix, a veritable King of the gods), lounge lizards (Buster Poindexter), new folkies (like Liz Skillman and Joaquim), country stars (David Allan Coe comes to mind), most of the British Invasion (the Animals' version is still my favorite), lesser known country singers like Jody Miller, and unclassifiable bands like Redeye Carl and the Pirates. There are rap, punk, new age, and metal versions, too. The list of artists goes on: obscure bands like Frijid Pink and the Vibes to big names like Sinead O'Connor and Joan Baez. Then there's Redeye Carl and the Pirates (oh, I already mentioned them, but what a great name for a band!), and Inicnam Yrneh.

Yep, a great song.
