Geocache Description:

A nice little Nano Velcro'd in a place the sun don't shine.

This is a nice little puzzle Cache for all of you that liked Horn229’s fun. Please note the Cache is not at the listed coordinates, but, its close by. To find the Cache you have to solve the puzzle at this “Free” spot in Newark. This is Newark’s branch in this system run by New Castle County. To solve the puzzle and find the Cache you will have to visit this facility. Also this is not a 24/7 site, I believe the hours are, well never mind that I’d give away a clue. Let’s just say they are closed on Thursday and open on Sunday, for your Caching convenience. You’ve been warned.

Parts A and E can be done from your home, if you wish. For “A” I suggest a Google search, as for “E” you can visit the website for this system: (visit link) . So… on with the fun.

Final Coordinates are: N 39 40. C B D
W 075 44. B E A

Solve the each step of the puzzle and place it corresponding number in place of the letter.

A = The first number of the Zipcodes for the city where Runfrog, that’s me, grew up. A few clues: It’s the largest city in the 5th largest State; The Land of Enchantment; first Atomic Bomb built and set off in this State; State Bird is the Road Runner; was admitted to the Union as the 47th State in 1912; Santa Fe is the Capital and the Artsy Folk hang in Taos; Mt. Wheeler is its highest point at over 13,000ft.; Ansel Adams photographed here and his good friend Georgia O’Keeffe lived and painted in this State; Bugs Bunny has said in several cartoons “I musta took a wrong turn in Albuquerque”. (extra hint… that’s the City I grew up in). And NO THE STATE IS NOT ARIZONA………………….

B = How many of the original Augustine Herman maps are known to exist. You’ll find a copy at this branch in Room 101.

C = On either end of this facility are partially octagonal rooms, the octagonal theme is carried out in the Crown Moulding. Count the number if window panes in one section/side/wall and multiply this by the number of sections/sides/walls. Add the two numbers of your answer together. That sum is equals C.

D = Hour that this branch of opens on Sunday.

E = WHEW !!!!!! On your computer (web address is given above), or one of the Library’s computers, do a search for (click the search button) :

Henry Warren Bowden’s book Dictionary of American Religious Biography. Note the second number in the call number equals E.

Now plug in your numbers, punch them into your GPS and go for it.

Have fun. STEALTH IS HIGHLY ADVISED.
