This park has long been a popular place for a family walk, but when our children were young they had difficulty pronouncing conservation, so it's always been known as the Conversation Park in our house!
Hallett Cove Conservation Park was created in 1976 for the protection of features of scientific (geological) and historic interest in the Hallett Cove area. There's a nice view over the amphitheatre and some of the geological features from GZ.
The closest entrance is on Dutchman Drive near the corner of Cove Road, or you can detour from the Marion Coastal Walking Trail.
