This is the first in a series of caches dedicated to showcasing the views of Lubbock parking garages. The cache is not located exactly at the coordinates. To find this cache, you will need to enter the garage and use the hint!
The container will be capable of holding a couple of small travel bugs/geocoins. If you take a travel bug/geocoin, be sure to leave one.
Be sure to visit the 10th floor to see a great view of the Lubbock skyline and Texas Tech University.
PARKING IN THE GARAGE IS ONLY FREE FOR THE FIRST 30 MINUTES. If you do decide to park in the garage, avoid the spaces marked as 'reserved' or with an 'R' to avoid being towed. There is also free parking around the perimeter of the garage, and you can use the elevator on the east side of the building.
If you have children, you should be aware that the 10th floor has become a popular graffiti spot, and some of the graffiti is inappropriate for young geocachers.
This cache is named for the now semi-closed bar on the 11th floor called The Roof.
Finally, bonus points if you upload a picture of you on the 10th floor with your log. However, please avoid spoiling the exact location of the cache with any photos.
