Cache in a New York state forest
Our cache will not be found in the cemetery here but it will be easiest to find by walking through it. Note the zinc monument placed for the union soldier killed at the battle of Bull Run. The cache is placed along the old rock wall but as always we do not place our hides in the walls that have stood for years. This should be fairly easy to locate if you know of our love for trees. In fact I hid this cache while setting up a tree stand for next week ends opener for the muzzle loader season. Family friends have been coming up here for many years to do their northern tier deer hunting.So come and enjoy a short hike in the Chataeugay State forest.
