Yes, TEAM 360 had a breakdown right here at this spot several years ago. I was coming back from a winning weekend in Laughlin and pulled over to find a nearby cache. The car wouldn't start when I was ready to leave. No cell reception. Dead battery. What a nightmare. I no longer have that car, by the way.
This should be a quick one for you to stop and find. You should not have to jump any fences.
