This cache is a unique container located near the Benchmark Swayne Tower. The cache is not located on the tower. You can log the Swayne Tower itself as a Benchmark at the link QN0533 SWAYNE TOWER. Benchmarks do not count as a find but you do need them for some challenge caches like Zuma's Z Challenge: Benchmarks x 5. They are also fun to look for but they can be on private property. After finding this one I went down to the Benchmark QN0534 2mi SE BRENT and it was located on private property so you can't get to that one without permission from the landowner.
You can remove the log from the cache without removing the container. Make sure the container is seated properly for the next finder.
As of the time of placement you can easily drive to the base of the hill before the tower and then it is a short walk up. I was able to take my wife's Equinox right up the hill and around but a car would have a hard time with the uneven hill road. If you drive up there the cache would be a Park and Grab from the road.
