THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!
A package containing secret enemy strategy documents was captured by friendly forces. However, they were still well behind enemy lines and thought is best to hide the package until they could send in an expert team to retrieve it. They sent a series of messages (shown below) to help the incoming team locate and retrieve the package safely. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, as a member of that team, is to decode the final coordinates and bring the package back to home base.

The next day a carrier pigeon arrived with a curled up note. To the naked eye, it looked like a blank piece of paper. Everyone was perplexed. It wasn't until a bright young engineer shined a blacklight on the message and it revealed:
At first, nobody knew what to do with the additional information. Finally, someone had the aha! moment and realized how to combine the pieces of information and reveal the final coordinates of the package. Off went the recovery team to capture the important information and end the war!

The cache is in an area that can get wet, although when I placed it the area was pretty dry even with a decent amount of rain. Mossies were out in full force, however, so come with some protection. Also be on the lookout for the normal hazards - thorns, ticks, snakes, poison plants, feral hogs, bobcats, coyotes, deer, etc. I hope you enjoy this puzzle and cache!
