This cache was placed to add some additional fun for geocachers who are participating in Stephenville's Get Out 2021 Challenge. Hike the trail, find the cache. The cache is medium sized and includes a number of trinkets for trade. It also includes a FTF prize and a log for signing. To access this trail take route 460 towards Port au Port East. Look for Cashin's Lane on the right hand side coming from Steohenville. Park at the end of the lane and you will see a little bridge at the beginning of the trail. Go past the old ski hill , across the bog, take in some awesome views, and head towards " the giant golf ball". My dog loves this trail so if you have a dog bring him or her along. Lots of plants to see in the summer , maybe a grouse or two will pop out to scare the wits out of you, I have sighted a moose or two on this trek over the years . A true adventure.
