This is the 3rd of my 'I remember' mini series... For this one, I remember bringing my kids to this park and playground...we also played tennis over at Burnsview Jr. Secondary...a long time ago. This is not a picturesque location, and because it is in a park that muggle students may use going to and from school, as well as park users...stealth MUST be used. Cache is in Chalmers Park and is not near school property. This cache is best left for week-ends or after school hours.
I regret that the cache that earned all the favorite points was destroyed many times over the years and simply became way too expensive to replace. It is now a simple container and an easy find....sorry. Also, Since the cache has been here, the power lines above have been removed, the power poles as well....the power can still be seen in the trees way to the south. Bring your own pen. PLEASE, replace where you found it....actually only place it can go. This is one of the few green spaces left around here without a cache...I sincerely hope 'sweet-marie' wasn't eyeing it for a hide! Absolutely no harm was done to the environment in the placing of this cache, and none should be done in finding this or any other cache... The school, BC Hydro and Delta Parks were all contacted for concerns regarding this cache...of which there were none. Congrats to 'CondoMagnate' and 'Qwackers' on the very fast shared FTF...and I had a great hint, if needed...NOT ! 2ndTF goes to 'Peppermintpatti53 & laphamclan 3rd goes to 'WW-M&M....thanks for looking.
