FISHERMAN'S POINT
A very popular spot near Marbo cave for the "Set it and Forget it" fisherman. Bring your rod and reel and whatever bait you can think of and cast away. You'll never know what you'll catch, if you catch anything at all. In any case, the Pacific ocean is as blue as blue can get on this side of the island and the breeze is never ending.
To get to Fisherman's Point, head towards Marbo cave and park at N13.29.289 E144.52.055. Do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. If you have a four-wheel drive vehicle, you can drive all the way in. Be sure to stop by Blygoat's 'Marbo cave' and enjoy the ice cold crystal clear water. Follow the trail beyond marbo cave and make a left at the split. Make another left at the fork til you come to a dead end. Follow the beaten path at N13.29.140 E144.52.213, to the right until you reach Fisherman's Point.
Be sure to wear good hiking shoes and gloves. Although the trail is easy to follow, the limestone rocks are sharp and unforgiving.
You are looking for a large black plastic pill container.
