This geocache is hidden in Sheshi Avni Rustemi, a "square" dedicated to Avni Rustemi, known as "Hero i popullit", hero of the people. On the eastern side of the roundabout is an international cafe restaurant called The Stephen Center. They do great food, and all the waiters speak English. The cache is a black translucent cylindrical container with a white screw top.
